Thomas Jellison: Project Manager

Tom grew up in Durham, New Hampshire, and attended college at UNH where he studied Engineering and Business. He helped pay for college by working summers for PSNH as a general purpose carpenter at the Seabrook Nuclear Plant, and as a part- time carpenter for a small home builder in Newmarket.

After graduating from UNH with a Bachelor Degree of Science in 1985, Tom went to Puerto Rico to oversee a six month renovation to the Tres Palmas Hotel. Upon returning to New Hampshire, he accepted a foreman position with CSI, a large commercial contractor out of Portsmouth, then worked as a customer service tech for the luxury homebuilder Thermo Homes out of Rye.

In 1988, Tom moved to the Upper Valley to take an Estimators position with Pre-Engineered Structures Inc, where he worked for five years constructing Varco Pruden and Ceco commercial metal buildings. In 1992, Tom took a Project Manager position with Trumbull-Nelson Construction out of Hanover, where he worked for over ten years. Tom’s ability to design, estimate and run construction projects, both residential and commercial, made him a valuable asset one of the most reputable and well established companies in the Upper Valley.

In 2002, following the advice of his father, Tom set out on his own venture and started TM Jellison Construction Company. His offices are based in Canaan, New Hampshire, while the daily operations are run out of a warehouse in Lebanon.

Over the past 25 years, Tom has established himself as one of the most trusted and reputable business owners in the Upper Valley. He lives in Canaan with his wife Stacey and daughter Charlotte, in the house he built by himself 24 years ago. He is an avid fisherman and musician.
